Gail E. Pollard Jackson (1964)

Gail was a Pittsburgh Corporation, International Sales Manager from 1972-2017, CEO of Mortgage Solutions Resources from 2005-2009, and currently decided to give back to our youth with becoming an educator at Pittsburgh Obama from 2019 to present. 

She is a graduate of Carlow University (1996), where she was Suma Cum Laude.  Gail is a NAACP Lifetime Member (Monroeville Board), and member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (Alumni Chapter).  She has been a Monroeville Water Board member for the past five years. Gail served as the NAACP Secretary for ten years (1979-1989).  She is also a volunteer for Feed the Hungry at Divine Mercy Church of Monroeville. Gail was honored as a 2022 Women of Excellence Awardee.

Advice to current students: “Stay in school and get a good education. If college is in your horizon, keep your GPA score up.  If not, go to a good trade school.”
